We're going to talk about what the path actually looks like for the Nuggets right now

and why Nuggets fans have certainly have a right to be skeptical in this situation.

I'm not going to tell you not to be,

but I am going to try to dispel it just a little bit. Talk to you about what is real,

what is not real for Denver. Heading into tonight's games, Oklahoma City, San Antonio,

they have separated themselves from the rest of the Western Conference.

Despite the fact that the Lakers have won eight games in a row and are nine and one of the last 10, that Minnesota's on a win streak, that Houston has struggled, that Denver's fallen down

to the sixth seed, everybody is still relatively bunched up in the Western Conference and

certainly in that middle stretch.

The Lakers are probably going to get the three. I'm not going to say that they aren't at this point.

Minnesota, they are in position right now to get the four seed.
