Mike, you've been on this podcast before.

You're a criminal defense attorney here in the Los Angeles area.

That's right.

And you handle everything from the little stuff which is serious to murder cases.

Yeah, to pretty serious stuff.

Murder cases, sexual assault cases, child abuse cases, like we'll be discussing

here today, so everything under the sun I handle it and you

started as a public defender I did I was a public defender for many years and went into

private practice in 2001 so it's been two decades almost so you kind of a private practice you see the the criminal the criminal justice system from both sides I do I've represented people who are indigent, meaning that they can't afford lawyers and come from

different walks of life than say some of my private clients that retain me and have money to

afford all of the best resources and best representation.

All right, well we're so glad you're with us because we're going to need your help on these

two cases. This is what we're looking at this week. In Florida a newborn baby is

the subject of an amber alert after three women

were found dead in a Miami home and the baby's alleged abductor his father was

found dead 300 miles away from the murder scene.
