And I want to talk about the tariffs with you, Professor, because Trump's doing very well with racists who also hate their own pensions.

But can we begin with some good news?

Because Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee, restored the associated press to the White House press pool,

and has said the White House must immediately rescind the denial of AP's access because Comover-Coligula banned the AP for refusing to call the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America.

I was so happy to see this, and I want to hang on to the happiness and think that

John Roberts isn't going to throw this out. You know, as we've been talking in these past few weeks,

my prediction has been, and I think this is holding true, that there are some instances in which

this assault on democracy is so embarrassing for the court that if they were to go along with it, they would
