Shogren syndrome is an autoimmune condition that affects the exocrine glands, notably the

lacrimal glands and the salivary glands, and it causes symptoms of a dry mouth and dry eyes.

It can also cause vaginal dryness.

Dry eyes and a dry mouth can be called sicker symptoms.

Shogran syndrome is more common in women and typically presents in middle age.

Primary Shogran's is where the condition occurs on its own.
