Welcome to Country Squire Radio on Bo. And I'm John David. J. Hey, Bo. Good evening, man. Man, good evening to you, sir. How are you doing tonight? You know, I'm doing great. I'm doing great. It's been fun. Kind of trying out some new software and whatnot, but on the old back end of the podcast. Man. Yeah, it's doing great. It's been a pretty, pretty week up here in, in Jackson,

Mississippi. Things are pleasant outside, which means the pipe smokers are coming back out of the

woodwork, and we're, we're excited. Yeah, man, this is a, gosh, continues to be beautiful weather

here for sure. You know, actually last night, I was enjoying a bit of a fire pit. We busted out the old iron fire pit and put some logs on

and everything. Got busted out the pipe and it was a man, it's just perfect. Perfect pipe and fire weather.

That does sound nice. Yeah. I was at a fire pit thing maybe, I don't know, maybe three weeks ago.

And it was just a little too early. I think folks were just kind of jumping the gun just a little bit, but we set a bunch of cool stuff on fire, and that was great. It's always a good excuse to smoke your pipe, drink beer, and find things in your backyard that don't have use anymore so that they can be, you know, turned into ashes. There's a secret arsonist in every pipe smoker, as they are. We just like, we just want to light something on fire. I had some customers, some good friends and customers come in today, and they were talking about how they went shooting guns this weekend. It's just kind of a hobby of theirs. They'll get together as a group and go to the fire range or this this particular time they went to some

land and they got these little things that when you shoot them they explode and I was like you've got

to show me and so he was like oh we took video and so I sat down for 45 minutes and just watched

videos of things exploding in a pasture somewhere it was a it was fantastic yeah I lived

mightily through it today. That sounds awesome.

That sounds awesome, man. We've got, we got some great stuff, by the way, that's going on here.

Yeah. This upcoming weekend is a big weekend here at the Country Squire. It is. It is, man. This is our

third annual Jackson Pipe Night. So Jackson Pipe Night 2016. We've got food, drink, live music,

tons of door prizes, all kinds of giveaways and things like that. And most, most importantly,

our annual long smoke competition. Yeah. Which this year we're competing doing Scottish

mixture. So that'll be our long smoke blend, which would be a lot of fun.

And if you're a Country Squire Radio listener and you're not able to make it to the event,

I would invite you to, you know, you can't be an official part of the event as far as the timing goes and all that stuff and competition.
