Life is all about change.

Rivers flow, flowers grow, leaves decompose, and cereal and milk becomes soggy.

Whether or not we prepare for the change in life, we have to be ready for what it brings

us.

And just like those leaves or just like that cereal and milk, this podcast is changing

its texture a little bit with a bit of an unconventional episode.

A few episodes back, we made a big joke about how nothing on the empty bowl really ever

changes by design to provide sort of a stable, predictable atmosphere.

But recently Justin and I did not plan our out of town business very well and it kind

of fell back to back.

So that's why we apologize for not having more than an episode a month recently and

rather than making you wait even longer for a soothing cereal audio scape, we decided

to bring an expert guest host onto the show today to mix things up a little bit and give

you a little dose of crunchy, crispy, delicious change.
