And it's been a little while since we talked. We had a podcast last week, but you and I have not spoken in a part of the Athletics Podcast Network. And it's been a little while since we talked.

Derek, I'm doing fine.

It is good to be back from a longer vacation for the first time in three years. And the nice part about this vacation, because I've thought this multiple times during

the vacation, because the NBA really doesn't stop.

For the Sixers, and I would say 80% of the league, it did stop for about three or four weeks.

So that's nice.

But there's always, you know, those teams that have unsettled

situations and there were about four or five times over the past couple weeks where I thought to myself, man, thank God I'm not covering that team. Yeah. Well, there are not many times I feel like it had nothing to do. It had nothing to do with covering that team in general. Just they had stuff to do. and I didn't. Yeah. Yeah, we've certainly had our share of controversies to cover over the years,

so having a little bit of a break here before the start of camp, camp now,

but a little over three weeks away.

I think Media Day is, yeah, a little over three weeks away.

So we are going to be gearing up here pretty soon.

But all of those moves that did happen, for some teams of moves that didn't happen,

the Eastern Conference now finally feels a little bit more resolved than it was when you

had Donovan Mitchell looming, when you had Kevin Durant seemingly looming.
