We are talking about a topic this week that is near and dear to my heart.

We're talking about social media. Now listen I know a lot of you get like you know a stomachache off of the

up of hearing about social media because it's either not working for you in your business or you're frustrated with it or maybe you're not completely comfortable on all of the different platforms and I completely get that.

But we're going to talk some today about a few tips that I can give you to kind of get over some of those

frustrations and just some really practical things that you can put in place with your

social media strategy if you will because there does

need to be kind of a strategy so that you can help grow your business okay so I

know a lot of you are terrified of technology I know you feel like your stuff doesn't get seen when you

put it online. You feel like you you know are vulnerable. You put stuff on Facebook and

you hear crickets. I know that you're frustrated on where do I post how often do I post which one do I focus on I

I understand that the list of questions and the frustration can go kind of on and on and so I'm hoping to

simplify for you today just some things that I've learned and some different ways that I've grown my social media following to about 450,000 people in the last few years and I'm really excited about that and I love my social media community and feel like I've done a decent job of growing a community. I want to help you guys do that too.

So grab a pen and paper if you're a list maker or a note taker and we're going to talk about just six tips that you can use.

Brace yourself. The first tip I'm going to give you on social media and how you can use it to grow your business

is to stop complaining about it, okay?

First and foremost, like you just gotta have the right attitude

about social media. You know if you go into your

Facebook every day with a I don't even know why I'm doing this attitude or you know this is

so ridiculous you have to pay to play which by the way is not the truth at all
