The first thing to say here, maybe, is that I've never seen either of those programs,

Friends or Seinfeld, I've heard of them, never seen one, which means that my comments,

I hope, have the advantage of not being a response to any particular TV show,

but rather can be seen as an effort to bring biblical reality into view
