If you talk about things in the context of the problems that you have, you start removing constraints.

And by virtue of removing constraints, your performance ends up increasing as a side effect.

Well, if you want to develop in your masculine form, your masculine frame, I'm going to tell you straight up,

what sacrifices are you making? Like, how bad do you want it?

And if you can be more comfortable in uncomfortable situations, now your brain is starting to believe in itself that, hey, we can do these hard things that we didn't think we could before.

Everything that goes on in your life is trying to teach you how to be authentic.

And when you live by your highest values, you're most authentic.

The normal average person's desire is to avoid fear,

to avoid anything that's uncomfortable, right?

Basically, it's called the reversal of desire.
