You know, it really shows me that even though we all have problems that are so, I don't know, unique,

we at the end of the day often want a lot of the same things. We want to feel seen we want connection we want love

You know I've described it before as a I came up with this one in grad school. think I was pretty proud of this. So I said

that we're kind of like track houses you know like tracked housing where

there'll be like a neighborhood of different styles of houses but it's really like the same

five houses just like slightly flipped like one maybe will be the same floor plan but it'll just be like the

mirror image of it and they'll you know but it looks the same but you can decorate those

houses however the heck you want you go inside and every house is going to look

different so that's kind of how we talk about it at the practice I work at we say like like, you know, okay, this is just that layout of the house, you know, and the same kind of like basic problems, but then we decorate it differently. We put our own spin on it. We add a whole bunch of stuff differently, so it's like our own style or our own experience with that problem.
