When it's face-to-face clients, coming with general anxiety, we tend to go into how someone's

personality has developed over time and what has kept some anxious traits alive. But when someone

it's often about the situational stuff. You know, they've got a job interview coming up or a

presentation to do that sort of thing. Sometimes it's the bigger life-changing stuff, but if we're
