You know, we've been in a series in the book of Ephesians, and I have a very rich history with this book,

because many years ago, I asked the Lord to teach me how to pray. And the training ground that he taught me in was the book of Ephesians.

I would pray at verse by verse every single day for almost an

entire year. And I want to tell you that year absolutely changed my life because the Spirit of

God took the words on the page and planted them in my heart, convicting me to my core

that the Father loved me, had chosen me, had adopted me, that I belonged to God

and had been placed in a seat with Him forever. And when one truly believes how loved we are in Christ,

not only to hear and receive and believe, but to experience the love of God as you do. And so I

probably a lot of you didn't know that song. It's an oldie. But a goodie. It reminded me of when I was

about 18 or 19. And I was just discovering the voice of God that he, not just through the scriptures, but in a whisper.

And I was sitting in a field and spending time with the Lord as a baseball field.

And I heard the Lord whisper to me, I'm leading you to where alabaster jars will be broken.

Now I'm a dinosaur, so smartphones didn't exist when I was 18 or 19.

And so I was like, Alabaster, I don't know what that is.

And I had to leave the field, went into my dorm room, and I got a dictionary off the bookshelf.
