We actually got a very nice letter from, I won't say her name, from one of our listeners saying that she had at one point bought undeveloped 153 acres

and that basically, you know, it's doable.

It's expensive, basically, it's expensive but doable.

And that she also thinks that maybe it's because Caleb likes to hunt.
