was a lot of chatter in the world about Coyote Pass.

Yes, and Sister Wives, TikTok world, Instagram, that type of thing.

So there's a, okay, so I think it was one of our listeners actually emailed us about this.

There's a story running in In Touch magazine.

Actually, I think it is not a recent story, which made me wonder, why haven't we heard about this?

That apparently someone discovered a deed of release and full reconveyance from Janelle to Cody and Robin, I guess, and that

Janelle was bought out of Coyote Pass for $340,000.

Now, I just, I hesitated because normally on a date of reconvenance, there's no dollar.

What does that mean deed of reconvenants?

So basically you're just, well, so now I'm thinking this through because, okay, if you have an interest in property, you know, mortgage or anything like that, you know, there's a deed of trust, you know, the mortgage is secured by a deed of trust of the property so they can foreclose on it. When you pay it off, they, the bank, whoever the lender is, gives you a deed of reconvenience, basically saying you paid this off. But Janelle wouldn't have, I don't know,

I can't speculate about what this means.

It's a rumor.

You know, I'm sitting here thinking about all the machinations of, you know,

the deeds and how would that work?

Because she didn't have a deed for, you know, $340,000.

And where is this coming from?
