Music Hello, and as always, welcome to the Sister Wives Professor. That is me. I'm Dr. Adam, Professor of Communication and longtime follower of the TLC series, Sister Wives. Cannot believe we have season 20 coming in just a couple of weeks.

I am just so excited.

I cannot believe how excited I am for that matter.

I am so juiced.

I'm so ready to go.

Let's keep this show going as long as we can.

I'm a lifer.

I'll watch as much of this show as they choose to give me.

I know not everybody feels that way and I respect that, but whatever is wrong with me and it has nothing to do with this podcast, believe me, even if I wasn't doing this podcast, I'd still be watching this show forever. The podcast is a nice incentive, though I did, of course, watch the trailer. I didn't talk about it last week, but no, no, I've seen it a couple different times. I mean, it's amazing. Mary goes speed dating. Cody goes on an apology tour with all of his ex-wives. Cody is doing his weird. Caesar Romero Joker laugh. Mary quotes Taylor Swift to him. Janelle found her own Jen. This is going to be an amazing season.

An absolutely amazing season.

I'm convinced of it.

Before that, though, we need to fill the time, right?

And that includes this week where I am covering actually the season finale of season

four of sister wives.

This is it.

This is the end of season four already.

And so that means we've still got a couple weeks until season two premieres. And so I guess I'm

just going to start season five, only get what, one or two episodes into it, probably, and then

hop back to it once season 20 is over. I realize that's kind of awkward, but I don't really know what else to do

other than not have any podcast, which I really don't want to do, cover some other random show
