I just want to let you know, I've been listening to you since your son Derek had a snake named Ruby.

That's a long time. That's a long time, baby.

Yes. I was just wondering, okay, we, I've got three sisters and a brother in my family.

And we've been dealing with my mother's house being sold.

And we have one sister, the oldest, living right there and home in the city with her.

And, of course, said, oh, i know a realtor and we can get this

house sold and i remember hearing from me in the past don't don't get a relative to be a realtor

because that's not a good idea but i didn't see that coming with her and her friend.

And what's basically happened is in six weeks of our house being on the market,

the two of them decide, well, we'll drop at $75,000.

And it's been really hard to get over that because that really started us being kind of behind the eight ball in this whole selling of the house.

And we're just trying to make a piece out of it because I know she's there.

I don't really understand what's going on.

Mom wanted the house sold.

One of her children took over selling it.

And between that adult child and an agent,
