Morning, everybody. Welcome along to your free podcast for today, Monday, April the 11th. What a weekend. What a weekend. It was fabulous. Lovely. And apparently we're going to get sunshine soon. I do hope so because I had more plants turn up the other day.

I keep ordering these things but I forget I've ordered them

and they turn up in these, I should have taken a photograph of the boxes

and then you peel the box back and there's 12 plants in there

and their own little individual greenhouse. It's very clever.

So I've got to do those and I shall sort that out. Came into town

with Corey, you know, my ex-producer and we went to Joe Allen's. The good news was that there were

four different tables in there, all Steve Allen listeners. All Steve Allen listeners. It was amazing.

And I was talking to the guy who owns it, one of the co-owners of Joe Allen's. He said, we get loads of people. He said, you know what they want to know? He said, which table does Steve Allen sit at? Seriously, I thought so embarrassed, but it was lovely. It was great. We had a lovely time. I had the duck and watermelon salad. And then what did I have for the... I can't think what I had for the

main... Oh, sausages and mashed potato, which was very nice. And then I had a pudding, but I can't remember what it was. Oh no, I didn't have a pudding. I had a cocktail. And we had a bottle of Prosecco. And it was lovely. We really had a nice time. We were going to go to the hippodro.

Yeah, I didn't drive.

I was, I thought about it.

Then I thought, I'm bound to have a drink.

So there's no point.

And then... and it was lovely. We really had a nice time. We were going to go to the Hippodro. Yeah, I didn't drive.

I've got to go and get the car washed. So I went to get the car washed and then headed into town. And we went to the VNA museum. people everywhere.

I've never seen so many people.
