I am Ross Bolin here today with producer Cade Orris Cade say hello.

Hello, it's a big week in the Bolin house as my seventh month old son, RJ, had his

first day of school seven months old did we figured he was old enough it was time to start

his education so we can graduate from high school or get as GED as quickly as possible

so we can put him to work in the internet content minds of Bolin Media.

But it's like a legitimate it's it's a real school but he's in like the daycare classroom

with five other babies and it's called a Montessori school though not really a traditional

school do you know what a Montessori school is Cade can't say how familiar with it I feel

like not that many people are is it a newer thing or has it been around for a while it's been

around for a while but it's kind of new agey I guess you could say serious hippie vibes

yeah at this place but here's the Wikipedia definition the Montessori method of education

is a type of educational method that involves children's natural interests and activities rather than

formal teaching methods a Montessori classroom places an emphasis on hands-on learning and

developing real world skills which on paper sounds phenomenal right like you know they're

teaching them how to do his taxes how to vote how to take out a loan how to buy a car what

insurance is yeah exactly things a seven month old baby needs to know yeah all the traditional

stuff uh all the stuff that traditional schools failed to teach the rest of us which is huge like

the way I figure it by age 15 he'll be more prepared for adulthood than I am now at 36 years old
