There's not a whole lot I can say that hasn't already been said but there are some

points that I want to get out there more and a few arguments I've encountered and arguments against

those arguments so I'm going to talk a little about that and then

I've got a guest on a Thursday show which is not normally what I do but

considering that I just wasn't in the hospital for gosh a day and a half having this baby delivered and being

useless while Lydia did all the work I am not able to do a full episode of commentary

so thanks so much to Sharon Frankel of habeas humor for coming

on short notice and filling in the edges here. But we're talking about something that I very much

wanted to talk about anyway. I just didn't have time to do the

research myself because of all the baby stuff. So Sharon is on to talk about the

ACLU and we talk a little bit about whether or not they are enabling Nazis and there are a lot of people on the far left who are mad at the ACLU right now and I personally think that is misplaced so we're going to talk about that so let's get to all that stuff right now.

First things first things first just to have it be said and just to make absolutely clear where I stand on this issue the what a battery and the both sides, I guess is the actual words, violence on many sides, is a disgrace.

It's an absolute disgrace to our presidency and to our country and it's, you know all this, it's stuff you've already heard I just want to echo that especially for for any people of color listing it's a disgrace that our president would say that in a clash between neo-Nazis and anti-Nazis

that there's hatred on both sides on both sides on many sides many sides the

issue that's a disgrace I I just want it to be said.

And you may have already heard that he doubled down,

so he tried to walk it back kind of a little bit.

He was probably forced to.

Someone was twisting his arm,

made him walk it back a little bit on

Sunday I think it was. And then he did that press conference where he just went off
