A lot is happening in the news and a lot of people are still very sloppy thinkers. In an episode of The Waking Up Podcast, Sam Harris said that Trump was the end of the Democratic Party. 0:36.0	And I'm very excited to, I guess, sort of announce, but to talk about the new format that this show is taking. It's not all that
0:45.3	different really it's just going to be a little bit more formalized. So Monday's show is going to be the

0:57.8	that's going to be more of a commentary news kind of politics,
1:02.2	opinion, that kind of thing. I'm going to cover anything in the news
1:05.9	that I think I can have something intelligent to say about. I think I want to make sure it's
1:11.6	thought-provoking, it's interesting, I'm not just reading you headlines, I'm not going to do that, and I'm by no means going to cover everything.
1:20.0	Really notable, of course, that goes without saying, but but still I only say that because as I went to
1:25.7	compile this show everything in the world happened there just so many items that I want to
1:31.9	talk about but I can't squeeze it all in, so I'll have to do a little bit of discriminating
1:38.6	in terms of what I want to put in here. But that's what I'm going to do and it helps me do a lot of things
1:43.6	it helps me standardize the shows a little you know what to expect more it
1:48.7	also it's going to make me focus the interviews a little more and make sure that they're more like solid one parters, you know?
