Something occurred to me today just now and I just, I can't, I can't not express it. Look, right now, we're trying to figure out how to cover this on opening arguments. and principles of the Constitution. Where do you even start? What lawyer do you find, what expert

do you find to tell you all the ways that what's happening isn't okay? We're trying, but they're all busy, and I don't even know

where to start, and it's all short notice, and everything's on fire, et cetera, et cetera. But the point

is, I don't know all the ins and outs of every law that's being broken right now, but I have to

imagine that Elon Musk cannot and should not be allowed to just go take over the entire government.

He's gained access to U.S. Treasury accounts that handle a volume upwards of $86 trillion in annual

payments for Social Security, Medicare, pension, etc.

His staff was caught installing hard drives at OPM GSA in the U.S. Treasury. I'm just running down a list on Reddit here.

I don't know. Again, the point of this is not to perfectly break all this news to you. I'm just

running down roughly what people think is happening right now. Elon Musk now has full access to

Treasury's payment system. What is happening? What is, in what world is this how anything should

ever work? Forget for the moment that he's an unelected oligarch. Forget that for one. Pretend we

elected him. What is he even doing? I've never heard of electing anyone to then go take over

U.S. Treasury payment systems and just decide what's not going to be paid and what is. And spoiler,

it's just nothing's going to be paid other than

I'm sure the defense contracts he has with the Department of Defense. Those I'm sure are all going to

be fine. But anything else that might help, you know, like other people at all, other countries,

other people, Americans who are not billionaires, he's just going to go through that, go through that spreadsheet, check it off,

decide whether or not that still exists.
