as Dr. Alan smurbeck and Alan takes us through deep okay it's a very ADHD episode on ADHD

and that's who I am and I hopefully that's something you folks tolerate or maybe enjoy but

I thought it was fitting it was a very we jumped around but a very educational deep dive on ADHD

and I talk a lot about recently my efforts to be diagnosed and what I've gone through but you know

there's a little bit of yeah boring my story kind of stuff but there's also a ton of great info

in here I learned a lot I thought it was so fun so and long last I am joined by stormy

decisis oh should I call you doctor decisis let me know how you what you go by

a czar czar is fine czar decisis no I can look it's heartbreaking to me to call you anything other

than stormy decisis but I'm sure you would rather have people know who you actually are right I mean

so feel free to introduce yourself how you would prefer to be called my name is Alan smurbeck I'm a

psychology professor at Rochester Institute of Technology and I have no special skills that's

not true of course doctor decisis which is now what I'll call you forever it you do have a

special skill which is you were I this is going to offend some people but you were okay don't tell

me base of this you were hands down the best question ask her in all of yes the other podcasts

history and but that's a tight race that is to say nothing disparaging about any other questioners

who are also incredibly great in fact they were so great that that only makes your greatness look

better like there's a tight race I would say you edge them out so that's why you will always be
