It has been far too long since I have done a listener questions episode. I got emails, I got voice emails, you know, from actually dating back from like August to now.

I'm going to try to do some catching up. You guys are so good with your questions, your feedback and everything that I feel bad that I have not brought it on the show lately. It's been far too long.

I had just so caught up with everything in the election and all that. So I'm going to answer some amazing listener questions today. So let's get to it. I'm going back. I'm not going to do everything obviously. I would never do everything. It's too many things.

But I'm going to go back a bit. It's a little, it's kind of nice now that we know more or less what's happening with the election.

Although, again, Georgia, we got to win Georgia. That's a huge part of it. That's a huge key. But it is it is nice reading back and remembering just how like it's it's a nice feeling to feel a lot more settled at least that Trump is leaving.

I know he's trying not to and I know that some Republicans are helping him. Most Republicans are, you know, in with this myth that he can steal the election or not leave.

If you listen to opening arguments, you can be pretty confident that this coup is not going to work. Probably, you know, high 90s level percent confident.

And, you know, that being said, there's always a tiny chance. I don't blame people for being scared of what Trump might do and for.

And by the way, for in the past four years, feeling like maybe there aren't any rules. I absolutely do not blame anybody for worrying. I worry myself.

I sometimes I write up until like this election. I was just worried like, are there rules? Do things matter or can't will they be able to pull off something?

And I had, you know, I had Andrew over an opening arguments telling me, yes, there are rules. Here's a wide blah, blah, blah.

And, you know, I get it. It's well reasoned. It comes from a place of knowledge. But I also, you know, we're all a little afraid because in some ways things don't matter.

But I guess before I get to the first question here, one thought I've had is that we do have a system.

And I know that sounds okay. That sounds like a dumb statement. I think it's a little more deep than maybe it sounds like because on one hand, a lot of people,

maybe this is Andrew, I teased him about this, you know, in a good nature, good nature way on the way the other day.

Because some people, you know, I'm not going to name names besides maybe teasing Andrew a little bit are like, see the system works.

See, it works. Folks, the election system, it works. And I, I would not at all go that far. I know a lot of people listening wouldn't go that far.

It's, it's really hard to make the nuanced statement that is required, you know, because the system did not work.

The system did not work when this is and, and I guess nor should we expect it to, you know, one of the major lessons of these last four years is like, whoa, actually the government doesn't run itself rules don't enforce themselves.

You know, norms especially norms norms don't enforce themselves and it turns out nobody enforces norms that actually doesn't matter in it.
