We had so much, so much response from that last episode about internal monologue and we want we definitely want to get to

some Q and a on that because again there's just like just a deluge of

comments on that. It was super fascinating. Really happy we did that episode. But not today. We'll get to that follow-up soon. But in the

meantime, we put off politics for a bit, but now that we've had an Iowa

disaster, we've had another debate, and I think this, you know, we've had a another debate and I think this we you know we've done a

Friggin episode on every debate thus far so I kind of want to keep the streak alive and we just had course, the New Hampshire primary.

So lots to talk about.
