And you know the drill by now, the same as last night.

Well, not quite the same.

I've, uh, the kids are in bed, the wife's in bed bed even though it's way early but that's the life of a working

mom of a two-month-old it's only 10 right now this time last night I had to do this way later. But yeah, not don't have as much of a

buzz going this time. So maybe for better or worse, I don't know. Could be better, could be worse.

I used a lot of my general stuff last night. You know I had a lot of

comments in general about the debates, the parties, etc. So I expect this episode to not be as long but but hopefully a similar

amount of pure debate commentary it was debate night two the The candidates were Harris, Biden, Buttigudge, Bernie, Gillibrand, Hickinloper, Swallwell Bennett, Williamson,

and Yang. And yeah, this was this was in some ways more interesting in a lot more ways

less interesting to me I don't know what it is may I don't know if it's just because

the second night of it or what but it just felt less, this felt less

substantive or maybe it's just because Elizabeth Warren wasn't on stage, honestly, that might be it.

Now that I think about it, she drives policy so hard that maybe it brings out the policy

mindedness in other candidates, because I just just felt and it also could be this is a

criticism I have of Bernie

Bernie is very not policy he's he there is at one point that I just got so frustrated because someone asked him a question.

I think they had to ask it two, maybe three times of, okay, but how are you going to do this?

And even on this third time, he said,

we did a job, you know, like he just had the,

not a plan.
