As I mentioned, this is going to be a voicemail

episode. I've got some good emails to read. I have a few voicemails, you know a

surprising number of them this month included things like, oh don't play this on the show but I wanted to tell you

that so there's like three or four of those so I didn't have as many as I thought

but I have a few really good ones related to the recent episodes and a few really good

emails but I also realized I have a little bit of a little bit of a

diatribe to do kind of I don't know if that's the best word but something something happened in my mind the

other day the other week that really depressed me I came to some realizations about

the United States politics and I'm going to share them with you and they're

depressing so we'll have to see what you think. So that's what I'm going to

talk about I'll tackle that first and then we'll get to some voicemails.

So you guys know I've mentioned before and if you haven't heard.

I haven't been paying attention to politics for all that long, relatively speaking.

Actually, not, relatively speaking. Actually, not even relatively, like, just not that long.

Because I've talked about it before,

but I grew up in a Fox News household.

I was Republican for quite a long while.

Republican, but by the way, also a little apathetic.

I've never been terribly political until the last four or five years or something.

I remember if it's even been that, four at least but anyway wasn't terribly political
