as some surrounding issues and then we're also going to talk about the comedy special

Nanette by Hannah Gadsby. It's kind of weird to issue a spoiler alert for a comedy

special but it's kind of necessary in this case if you haven't seen that I

highly recommend you do but that's in the second half of the recording so you don't have to stop

How you been it's been far too long? It has been I've been busy but in ways that are better for my mental health which is nice.

You know still doing the podcast obviously I've been doing roller derby and I'm actually about to try out for a

team which is pretty awesome.

Celess is perpetually worried that I'm going to hurt myself and like for all you probably

are.

Yeah, he probably are.

I have actually several friends who do Roller Derby.

It's more than I would have ever thought.
