All right, I've got a few things to talk about before we get to today's episode.

I'm going to be speaking with Aaron Rabbi about the Jordan Peterson interview, but I have some things

to say related to that beforehand.

First things first, I was just thinking about this interview and Jordan Pearson in general and of course

one of the reasons he vaulted into fame was by being sort of against trans rights

in that he was against C16. I've talked about it a lot.

And I just wanted to take this time to mention that while Jordan B. Peterson seems to be against people who are non-binary. I just wanted to make very clear

that non-binary people are valid. I know I have a lot of non-binary listeners. I just wanted

to say your valid. I think your pronouns are valid I wanted to make that very clear I made the mistake of saying on Facebook one time that that goes without saying on my show and someone said well it shouldn't really go without saying and

you're right so I wanted to say it because when you're talking about somebody like

Peterson that doesn't go without saying with those people so just wanted to

point that out and also because this episode is

pretty siz normative because Jordan Peterson talks about the roles of men and

women and all that and so it's the conversation is often framed that way because of that.

Another thing that I found sad and kind of hilarious but in a sad way was I

listened to Sam Harris's latest podcast and in the little preamble he mentioned he said he was

somewhat confused he said you know I got I've been getting a lot of pushback from my audience when I criticized religion lately.

He was kind of confused.

Mr. Horseman of atheism, Sam Harris, is getting pushback when he bashed his religion now and I pointed out I did

so in a little bit of a hyperbolic way but I pointed that out on Facebook that uh could
