Hey ladies, I'm Kayla from Tallahassee, and yes, you can totally use my name.

I listened for years now and have wanted to send in a story for the longest time,

but I've always just been too shy to ride in.

Don't ask me why, because my wife would tell you I'm the least shy person she's ever met.

I could seriously make friends with the wall if it would just talk back.

I've been hearing the need for more stories and thought, well, hell, I've got some skeletons in my closet that I can share.

and fat fingering the shit out of these buttons. The first story I'll share is for my childhood. It's

more of my sister's story than mine, but I'm never going to convince those fuckers to write in, so I'll

share for them. I'm the youngest of three girls from a small country town in Florida, and we would often go to the flea market on the weekends with our parents.

This particular weekend, we were allowed to buy one thing, and my middle sister, let's call her Sandy, had her eye dead set on this necklace with a beautiful pendant on it.

Well, my oldest sister, let's call her Barb,

decided she had to have that necklace too,

so we got home and she stole the damn thing from her.
