341. Okay, the first one. My haunted house. Hello from Canada. My name is Kathy, and you can use my name.

I used to live in a haunted house until I was nine. When I was probably around four, I woke up in the middle of the

night hearing voices. I came out of my room and headed downstairs where the voices were. I immediately

sat down on the stairs, scared, as I saw my parents were talking to a police officer. My dad had called

the cops because he thought someone had broken into our house. He said he woke up, heard someone walking up the stairs to the bedroom.

When he saw a shadow walk into my parents' bedroom, stand there for a few seconds and then walk out.

He then heard steps on the stairs going down.

He woke my mom up to check on me and my siblings. As we were all fast

asleep, they thought that for sure someone had broken in. They called the police who checked

the entire house and confirmed that everything was fine. All the windows and the doors were

locked. The cops went on their way and we went back to sleep. Sometime later, my mom saw a woman

in their bedroom.

She did a double take and the woman disappeared.

Now, I've never experienced anything in that house, but years later, I talked to my parents

about it.

Apparently, the house was built by a man for his new bride.

They lived in the house until they both passed.

The woman apparently died in the house.

My parents said that they thought she would check in on us in the house from time to time.

My dad is convinced that's who he saw that night. Anyway, I'll send in another email about the

light bulb lady that haunted my grandma's house and a dream I had that came true.
