Okay, the first one.

Sinister settings, sleep paralysis and twin telepathy.

Hi, Donna and Carrie.

So I recently started listening to the podcast again.

I have to take breaks because I get spooked out.

And I suddenly remembered I never sent in the story I drafted three years ago.

I went digging through my email, found it, and figured it's finally time to send it in. For context,

today is June 10th, 2025. I originally discovered the podcast back in October of 2022 when I was trying

to get into a spooky mood, and I got hooked. That said, I sometimes

have to pause my listening habit because I get too scared to sleep alone. Anyway, you can call me

Alice. I haven't experienced full-blown paranormal activity personally, but several of my family

members have, and a few are pretty intuitive. Thankfully, I seem to have missed that gene.

The creepiest thing I deal with is sleep paralysis, and for my own sanity, I have decided

not to consider sleep paralysis demons, actual demons.

I have had lots of sleep paralysis episodes, but my creepiest and weirdly favorite one to share is this.

When I was 14, I shared a room with my sisters. I had the queen bed to myself, and they shared

a king. We all slept in the primary bedroom, which had a small walking closet. My bed was
