Okay, the first one, ghost dog at a dinner party.

Hello, you beautiful ladies.

First, I want to say how much I love your podcast.

I just started listening about a month ago, and it's like listening to me and my best friends, accent and all.

I have a library full of stories and I plan to share them a little at a time. Some of them are

super creepy and some are pretty sweet. I've changed my name and all the names in my story.

The first story I want to share is one of my earliest memories. I've always loved animals more than people.

We had a zoo of animals my whole life.

My mom and I learned I was sensitive to spirits when I was around three years old.

We had just lost my brother's dog Frankie unexpectedly a week before.

I was playing on the floor of the living room while my mom was having a dinner party. The adults were all standing around the dining room and from where I was playing on the floor of the living room while my mom was having a dinner party.

I heard faint barking and looked up to see Frankie prancing around between their legs.

And me being three and not understanding death, even though my parents explained it, I yelled, Mama, you said Frankie died. He went to heaven, but he's right here. The look of horror my mom

gave me as she turned her head to see me pointing at her feet with a big smile is burned into

my memory 30-something years later. Frankie was only the first animal spirit I would see. Much to the chagrin of my mom,

I would see animals that weren't there crossing the road in front of the car. I'd gasp in shock,

and she'd slam on the brakes, throwing the mom arm guard across me. She'd give me a dirty look
