0:43.7	End of my story. Picture it. It's late 2023 and I'm staying with my mom at her house while my dad,

0:55.2	so I slept where my dad would usually sleep in her bed. I have two dogs and she has one that would have
1:00.6	a fit if they were separated, so we all slept together. I can't exactly remember, but I think it was
1:06.9	a Friday. After work, my mom had a beer or two while we were doing our arts and crafts. We then went to bed.
1:14.1	My mom has to watch TV in bed to fall asleep, but the flashing lights keep me awake. Suddenly, my mom turns to me and asks why I blocked out most of my childhood.
1:24.2	I say it wasn't on purpose. It was the PTSD for my brother dying.
1:29.1	I was a kid and my brain did its best to protect me.
1:32.5	It's a huge bummer though because based on pictures and stories, we had a super fun childhood.
