Hi everyone, Ronnie here. You're listening to Clean with me, the podcast about cleaning to listen to

while you clean. I hope everyone's having a great day today. This is episode 54 of Clean With Me. And this is going to be a single task

episode. So your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to clean your refrigerator. And I'm not

talking about just removing the old food. I'm talking about actually

cleaning the surfaces of the inside and outside of your fridge. And I've had some requests for

these type of single task, deep cleaning episodes. I know there are other ones you guys have asked for

but I wanted to record this one right now while it's kind of fresh in my mind so

it's time to clean your refrigerator if you want to clean your whole house

click on one of my other episodes but this would be a good one to listen to either after your whole house, click on one of my other episodes. But this would be a good one to

listen to either after your whole house is clean or just, I don't know, at a random time when you

want to clean your refrigerator. Maybe you're having company soon. That's kind of how I clean

my refrigerator regularly because it's something that I automatically do when I'm expecting

company but if you don't have people over often enough you're going to have to make an effort to

just bite the bullet and clean your refrigerator when you're not expecting company for this project

you're going to need some dish soap, ideally a sponge with an

abrasive side or at least a rag, a spray bottle of half white vinegar and half water, maybe a little

bit of baking soda, a microfiber cloth, and then you're going to either need a large basin

or you'll be going outside to use an outdoor garden hose. So let's get started.

So with that said, the first thing I want you to do is just remove all of the food. I'm not talking about the

freezer, just the refrigerator. Quickly remove all of the food, stack it on your island or your

kitchen counter or your table, whatever's nearby, your refrigerator. And just put the items

close together so that they're touching each other.
