And that's scary.

And you're making a commitment to talk about these things

and implement change, right?

So my first day of therapy, I had a list.

I'm like, let me maximize this time.

You had a list that you walked in with?

In my mind.

I was like, let me hit these bullet points

that I know ain't working.

I know something ain't right now.

So I poured out.

I'm like, okay, let's get this, you know?

So at least you're self-aware.

I'm very self-aware.
