I was thinking about something today when I was thinking about it last week actually I was writing some comments on my friend's Instagrams and I clicked on my friend's Instagram and I looked at all of the comments that our friends had made and I was cracking up because you know the way that girls comment on each other's Instagrams.

You're like,

fucking sleigh, queen. Oh my God. Literally marry me right now. You're so fucking hot.

Oh my God. I'm crying, puking, throwing up, like screaming. You're fucking gorgeous. Oh my God.

I'm literally going like wiping the floor with my tears because you're so beautiful.

And I was like, why can't we do that for ourselves? Seriously, I had that thought. I wrote it in my pod notes. When I say to you guys,

if you wouldn't say it to a friend, then don't say it to yourself. It's like, can we also inverse that

to the positive and say, why don't we speak to ourselves that positively?

Why don't we hype ourselves up?

And you might be thinking, well, tinks, that's kind of like vain and narcissistic.

Is it?

I don't know.

I don't think it is.

I'm not saying you have to be like oh my god you're the most beautiful

girl in the world every time you leave the house but I'm saying take that love take that

positivity take that grace take that adoration and channel some of it to yourself I know that can be

very difficult I know that's very, very,

very difficult to do. But next time you're feeling meh about yourself, I want you to think,

like, what would you say to a friend right now? You'd be like, no, you're killing it, dude. You're

doing such a good job at work.'re trying so hard or like you look
