The day after Vladimir Putin's forces bombed a maternity hospital full of pregnant women

and admitted to using tightly regulated thermobaric vacuum weapons on Ukrainian civilians.

The war rages on as this morning's headlines accused Russian forces of aiming their missiles at mothers and babies

and the West still wrestles with the notion of whether to do any more to stop Putin's advances,

while calling the bombing of the Maternity Hospital similar to the attack on 9-11, the World Trade Center.

Meanwhile, in London this morning, Liz Truss announced further sanctions against Roman

Abramovich and six other oligarchs, said to be inside

Vladimir Putin's inner circle. As a result, all their assets will be frozen and they will be

forbidden for doing any business in this country. Now, what does that mean? Particularly for the football

business, Chelsea Football Club, still technically owned by Abramovich, because hasn't been sold yet,

despite his announced intention to sell it, now finds itself in the extraordinary situation where it may be unable to sell tickets,
