I just finished listening to the Supreme Court arguments this morning

This morning, it was pretty fascinating.

The case is called Moil versus United States,

M-O-Y-L-E.

And what's going on is Idaho has this basically total abortion ban a six-week abortion ban

with the only exception being for the life of the mother. There may be a rape or

incest exception but that's that's not always being debated it was basically it's

the life of the mother and this federal law requires the federal law that

was passed back during the Reagan administration.

I mean, actually, if you go back and look at the history of this, the reason Reagan passed

this law that says that if you show up in a hospital emergency room they must do whatever they can to help

you was because he was trying to stop the move toward Medicare for all.

There was this growing movement in America for single-payer health care.

I mean, keep in mind, this is long before Obamacare.

This was in the 80s.

And Reagan did not want all Americans to have health insurance or health care. He thought that that

should be something that's just available to wealthy people. And so in order to

stop this, well you know he just want people to die
