Sincast, where we had the pleasure of interviewing two directors from the New Horror anthology Fobias.

All right, everybody. Welcome to The Sincast. This is Chris Atkinson from Cinema Sims,

joined by Jonathan Watkins. Hello, hello. And today we have a very special guest. It is director

Marita Ligo, who is a part of an ensemble of directors, who have directed a movie called Fobias

in theaters on demand and digital March 19th. Marita, hello. Yes, I love the effort of the Marita.

If I'm still off, tell me, because I want to get it right, but I'm notorious for this,

getting it right, and then messing it up. It's all good. You guys can actually call me Marty. That's

like my teacher call me Marita. It's Marty is like my friends call me Marty. So,

all right, Marty. So yeah, this is, it's a movie told in several segments with a different Fobia

for each one, and yours is via Fobia, the fear of driving. Yes. Stars, Hannah Maley, who most people

know is that very soft-spoken lily from pitch perfect. She is not soft-spoken in this movie at all.

So how did you get on the project in the first place? So I've been producing for years with

Eric Fleishman, who's a producer on this movie, and we've made almost a dozen features together,

and it was always my kind of goal and dream to write and direct horror films. And on the side of

me producing, I was making short films for like Crypt TV, and just making short films in general,

and then finally I came out with it. I'm like, this is what I really want to do. And I showed
