Hello, hello. And today we have a very special guest. It is writer director

Liam O'Donnell who has made a movie called Skylines. It's the third film in the

Skyline franchise comes out on digital and on demand December 18th.

Liam, welcome.

Hey everybody, thanks for having me.

Yeah.

I think the biggest story for me when I saw the press release for this movie is there's a third skyline and so I wanted to know how this came about because the first Skyline came out in 2010 and then it took seven years for Beyond Skyline the second movie to come out.

So take us through that process.

How did this happen?

I think that was actually the first line of my director notes

for this movie was, there's a third skyline.

Because I get the same question.

I'd be like, how am I making the third movie on this franchise that no lift driver has ever heard of in my entire life.

Every time I get to a lift and I'm going to the airport to work on the next one, they're like,

what he's talking about?

Yeah, so the, you know, the first movie was a very, very cheaply produced independent movie that got picked up by relativity and then had this really big worldwide release.
