So yeah, this, you know, a lot of people who watch this movie will know going in that this is

a movie shot entirely in one take. I hadn't seen this in a since a movie called Victoria that

came out. Yeah, great movie. It's a great movie. And I'm always amazed at the kind of,

you know, the work that has to go into this type of thing. So,

since you're the co-writer of this movie, how early in the process of writing the screenplay,

did you realize this was going to be done in one take? Oh, it was like before we even decided to

write it as a feature. We shot a short in 2018. And that was all one take. It was 20 minutes.

And it was almost like a proof of concept really. We wanted to, I wanted to set something in

that world for a long time because I actually worked as a chef. I was an actor for 25 years,

but during that time, I needed to make some money. And, you know, a lot of resting happens when

you're an actor, but especially when you're not, you know, you're not successful as you'd

hoped when you began. So I started working in kitchens as a chef. And I worked from the bottom,
