Halapanya lime cheddar chicken, roasted veggie and pesto tortellini, Caribbean

spiced tofu, Chipotle rubbed pork chop, and the one that I didn't share with

anyone because I ate it too fast, spinach and mushroom chicken thighs.

It was a delicious meal and it was something that immediately elevated my day because I didn't have the
