One thing I've worked on a ton in the last few years is mindset. I geek out over learning about ways to improve our mindset and I'm fascinated by the power in our thoughts. But staying positive and looking for joy takes daily practice and intention. It doesn't come easy for most of us, but it is possible to re-wire our brains to see the good. Happy Thursday. It's podcast day. I love this day. It's become my favorite day of the week. And the

weeks just seem to be flying by. I cannot believe we're on episode 11. Episode 11. I had to count

happy. I'm so happy that I decided to do this. I won't say it's been easy. Podcasting is not as simple
