0:13.0	Kanoi is here with me. We will be doing the communion together.
0:17.0	So if you haven't read yesterday's reading, Day 313 and day 314, I highly recommend that
0:24.7	you go back and read that and prepare your heart before we dive in today's communion or
0:29.6	Last Supper. Hi, Knoi. How are you doing today? Hi, I am good. I am really excited about doing this.
0:36.0	We did this last year with Heart Dive, and I just thought it would be super exciting for us to be able to do it together.
0:42.0	Because that's really what communion is about, right? It's coming together, coming to the Lord's table. And I think a lot of people might be a little bit intimidated when it comes to communion. And so, you know, we were talking about it, right, Holly, saying we want to be
0:55.1	able to create an opportunity for people to feel comfortable to do this with their friends, to do this
1:01.1	with their families, because especially in this day and age, with all of the chaos and anxieties,
1:07.5	you know, heightened, it's the perfect time to be able to come together with other
1:11.5	believers in unity. I mean, there's already so much division in the world that this is the one
1:16.6	thing we have in common, you know, is that Jesus died for us. And to be able to come together and
1:21.6	remember him and the sacrifice that he made is something that can just erase all of the divide that is in the world.
1:30.1	Oh, most definitely. And so I love that if you read yesterday's readings and technically
1:35.5	today's, you see that the Last Supper was a group of an intimate fellowship. It's Jesus and
1:42.4	his disciples sitting around a table. And if you go back,
1:45.6	I have some pictures of that intimate setting. This is not some stoic, very stuffy environment.
1:51.5	They're sitting around a U-shaped table reclined back. It was meant to intimacy. It was meant
1:56.7	to be slowed and relaxed and to remember the atonement that the Passover lamb had and what he is now
2:03.9	doing with his Passover and his atonement for our sins. And like you said, he was trying to create
2:10.0	unity and for us to do it in remembrance of all that he sacrificed for us. So I'm hoping that
