It's only 40 minutes long, and the first 20 minutes are so powerful.

Earl Nightingale, if you don't know who he is, he's kind of the father of personal development.

This audio was recorded 20, 30, maybe 40 years ago.

It's unbelievable.

It's the foundation of personal and the success, but it's so

simple and you get so many aha moments. I listened to it when I was running the

other day. I was like, wow, my students have to hear this. You need it, okay?

So I got into Earl, I'd listen to that,

and I've been going through a lot of his stuff.

I'm obsessed lately.

If you've been watching me, you know, I'm just downloading books and audios.

But one thing I heard this morning that made me think of you guys is a really simple thing that

I kind of organically already do.
