Something that I've dealt with over and over and over again.

Anything that I've read about it, I know it, I've always said that if you don't do what you know, then you actually don't know it.

But it's something about making decisions, right?

I've always heard, and I think in thinking grow rich it talks about

make a clear, decisive decision, stick with it and go.

Because 90% of time, if you make a decision, even if it's the wrong decision,

it's better than procrastinating.

It's better than debating on the decision.

So when you become uncertain or you become, you know, indecisive,

then it's going to take away your energy. When it takes away your energy, you deplete energy,

then you can't follow through and continue to move forward or grow, right? It's decision fatigue.

A lot of people refer to it. it's it's whether you know you hear

silicon valley you hear about people like steve jobs that they literally had the exact same

wardrobe to wear every day because it was one less decision that they make which i should actually

try that uh but you know it's it's what we eat where we go people we want to talk to, situations that come up in our lives,

finances, family, you know, what we're going to do for vacation, recreation, you know,

all of these choices that we make and decisions that we have to make can create real fatigue.

It can zap your energy.

Even psychologists that study it talks about the

emotional, mental strain from the burden of choices. And so I'm saying this because one of my goals

here in the next 100 days going into the new year is simplify, simplify, simplify. And I've talked
