It's Independence Day riches and while this may seem like an odd time to be celebrating the virtues of living in America,

we wanted to highlight someone who we think is a truly great example of what this country should be all about.

Yeah, so I'm sure we can all remember when Simone Biles was favored to become the first female

gymnast to win back-to-back all around gold medals at last year's Olympics.

But being the absolute queen that she is, she put her mental health first

and actually walked away from the competition altogether.

Yeah, and I think we can agree that especially in times like these, aka the

apocalypse, taking care of yourself is one of the most important things a person can do.

Absolutely, especially when it comes to mental health, whether it's on the world
