Chris Sims sends way too many

text over the weekend about preseason week number one football. You and I have had this

discussion. We are friends, man. I care about you. I'm a little bit older than you. And I keep

telling you, like, hey, why do you have to send so many texts preseason week number one spend

time with your wife spend time with your kids that shit is important man stop watching

three season football what's the matter with there's plenty of time i've spent enough time

with them what are you talking about i've been with them so much i need some football to get the

hell away from them and And even with that,

they're sitting next to me. At least the wife is, for the most part, why I'm doing all this.

But yeah, that was your first taste into a little bit of how Chris Sims, the podcaster, works,

of the streaming consciousness as I'm watching a game. Yeah, as I've told you in the past, I text her kind of my thoughts as the games are going along. I do that. Then, you know, I copy, pace, and I send him to you and producer Matt Casey. And I'm obsessed. You know I'm a psycho that way. I mean, I felt like I had no purpose in life until this weekend. So it was great to have football back and sit on the couch and watch it. Really? You found your purpose again. I did. Man, sitting on the couch, especially right now this time of the year. Because it's, like you said, it's preseason. So I'm not ready like week one NFL. I'm sitting in the barn, one of my favorite spots.
