It's just three months since the Me Too hashtag crashed through social media

like that boulder in Raiders of the Lost Arc, taking out the rich, famous and

powerful as it went, revealing that pretty much every woman has a story to tell when it comes to harassment.

Women who'd never felt able to speak up before started talking.

A hashtag became a roar, became a movement, became a wake-up call, became a sea change of solidarity.

Well, said the power that has always been,

we can't have that, can we?

I'm not saying me too is without problems, by the way.

It's not.

The almost elatacious consumption of these

women's stories of abuse was discomfiting to say the least but the backlash which

was sadly predictable has got its focus all skew with because what the conversation has fast become is

what about the poor bullied men?

Seriously, will no one think of the careers lost for want of a yes?
